Stephan Antoh is a seasoned legal and corporate affairs professional with over 20 years of experience advising both domestic and international clients on commercial law, corporate governance, and investor services in Ghana. He currently serves as a Partner at Afriyie Dwamena & Associates, where he advises on complex cross-border transactions, legal due diligence, and corporate structuring for multinational and local firms.

Stephan’s professional journey includes senior roles at Ashong Benjamin & Associates, Weston Group, and Capital Bank, where he served as Executive Manager for Legal, HR, and Corporate Affairs. His work has covered high-impact mandates such as:
