Felicia Payin Marfo

Felicia Payin Marfo is an accomplished executive and transformation leader with over two decades of cross-industry experience spanning logistics, oil and gas, healthcare, and social enterprise. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Life Coach (CLC), and MBA graduate with international training from the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Mays Business School (Texas A&M University), she brings a rare blend of operational discipline, vision, and purpose-driven leadership to board-level decision-making.

Payin is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Premier Solutions LTD, where she leverages her coaching and project management expertise to empower individuals and institutions to drive transformational impact. Previously, she founded and served as Managing Director of Ladybird Logistics, the world’s first logistics firm to employ only female truck drivers. Under her leadership, the company trained and empowered over 50 women in a traditionally male-dominated sector, earning both national and international recognition for its inclusive approach.

Her corporate career includes senior leadership roles at Shell Ghana, Shell South Africa, and Vivo Energy, where she led multi-country retail, change management, and strategy execution projects across more than 10 African markets. She has recently supported Astron Energy in South Africa on organizational reform and Retail capability-building initiatives, further strengthening her track record in transformation and business innovation.

Payin currently serves on the Board of Algebra Capital Management LTD as a Non-Executive Director. She continues to support community initiatives through her long-standing volunteer work with Accra Ridge Church, offering mentorship and teaching to underprivileged children in Accra.
